ARTICLE 2: DECLARE area total and permanent ban for hunting the species listed in Article 1 above, in all its forms throughout the territory of the Province of Misiones, except as provided in Article 3 and when necessary to proceed to capture their recovery or removal when this is necessary .-

ARTICLE 4: Violations of this law will be fined up to one hundred (100) salaries in category 1 of the Provincial Administration in accordance with existing legislation and / or imprisonment with the scope set out in Articles 24, 25 º , 26 º and 27 º of Law N º 22,421, Chapter VIII, On Crimes and penalties .-
ARTICLE 5: THE Undersecretary of Ecology will make the necessary dissemination of this in the media public media, educational establishments, associations, public and private entities and everywhere where deemed appropriate for knowledge in defense of the species listed .-
ARTICLE 6: The Executive Branch shall regulate this Law within ninety (90) days after its enactment , being empowered to establish the forms, conditions, procedures and all other necessary steps for effective implementation of the provisions of Articles 3, 4, and 5 of this Law -
